Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using UPI Tracker (“the Service”), operated by Korexhq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. What the Service does

UPI Tracker helps you track your personal UPI payment activity by extracting transaction details from screenshots you upload, using AI-based image recognition, and organizing them for your own review, export, and record-keeping.

3. Accuracy of extracted data

Transaction details are extracted automatically using AI and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate, especially from low-quality or unclear screenshots. The Service flags low-confidence extractions for your review, but you’re responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on the data — for example, for accounting, tax, or reconciliation purposes.

4. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload screenshots that don’t belong to you or that you don’t have the right to process.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Subscription plans and billing

The Service offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Pro and Business), each with a monthly scan limit, billed in advance every month via Razorpay.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us — via Razorpay — to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to your paid plan’s features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

7. Changes to plans and pricing

We may change plan pricing, features, or scan limits going forward. We will not change what you’re currently being charged mid-cycle without notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively. You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-extracted data will always be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korexhq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on extracted transaction data.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
